(1) Your home will be advertised on the Internet, where photos and features can be seen by buyers looking for homes. (It is estimated that 70% of home buyers search for homes for sale on the Internet.)
(2) Your home will be placed in Multiple Listing, a computer data base which is the principal source over 400 Lubbock Realtors® use to find homes for their customers. Lubbock Realtors® share their listings in the Multiple Listing service data base. Hundreds of properties are listed. Buyers also search this data base for homes to buy via the Internet.
